What is Acronis Backup Online service?
It is a cloud backup service that will allow you to definitively resolve the backup issues of your company or your personal equipment.
How Much Does the Service Cost?
The cost of a 40GB backup is €18/month.

How to set up the service?
- Request activation through the contact form.
- Access: https://cloud.acronis.com (using the credentials provided by Cint Consulting).
- Download the backup agent on the computer containing the data to be secured (Supported operating systems: Windows 7, 8, 10 | Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 | MacOS).
- Select the data to be secured. This can include data located on local hard drives or network drives.
- Select the schedule. Example: Every day from Monday to Saturday at 10 PM.
- Adjust whether you want encryption and the number of days a deleted file should be kept.
- Once the initial backup is completed, the program will copy differential updates (via file deltas) every day.
How to restore information?
- Access the recovery console: https://cloud.acronis.com/wr.
- Log in using your user code (provided by Cint Consulting at the time of purchase) and the service access password.
- Select the date of the data you wish to download (you will have access to your entire history).
- Click Restore.
Where will my data be hosted?
Your data will be hosted in Acronis’s Datacenter: cloud.acronis.com in Europe, complying with all GDPR regulations.
Encryption
You can choose the encryption key when configuring the backup (256-bit encryption).
Only individuals with access to the recovery console and who know the encryption password will be able to access the data.
High-level GDPR and LOPD compliance
Royal Decree 994/1999 of June 11 states that when dealing with high-level data, backups must be stored in a location different from where the computer equipment is located, and the distribution of media containing personal data must be done by encrypting said data or using any other mechanism that guarantees that such information is not intelligible or manipulable. Our backup service allows you to fully comply with this legislation.
