Kaspersky for businesses with a monthly subscription

Pricing

The price per device depends on the number of devices in the subscription. Prices are per device and month, excluding VAT. A minimum of 5 devices is required.

Each license covers 1 computer or server and 2 mobile devices. Not sure which one to choose? Check the Foundations details and the Optimum details.

If you prefer to pay for the full year at once, the annual license is cheaper per device and can be paid by credit card. The monthly subscription is designed for companies that do not want to commit for a year or whose number of devices changes frequently.

How to subscribe

• In the product details, select «Monthly» for the license duration and indicate the number of devices you want to protect.
• When placing the order, choose «Direct Debit» as the payment method and provide the company’s IBAN. The order shows the amount for a full month, but the first invoice, issued upon contracting, is only for the remaining days of the month.
• We send you the license and help you set it up.

The monthly subscription is available for businesses and self-employed individuals with a bank account in the SEPA zone. Licenses are valid for devices in any country and are delivered under the MSP (Managed Service Provider) model.

Subscription terms

Billing

• The subscription is paid in advance, month by month.
• The first month is billed upon contracting, based on the number of devices in the order and only for the remaining days until the end of the month. If you sign up on the 25th, you pay from the 25th to the last day of the month.
• From then on, each monthly payment covers the full natural month and is billed between the 1st and the 5th, based on the number of devices in the subscription at that time.
• The price per device corresponds to the tier applicable to that number of devices, according to the pricing table.

Adding or removing devices

• You can request at any time to increase or decrease the number of devices in your subscription by emailing us. The subscription cannot go below the minimum of 5 devices.
• If you add: new devices are protected from that moment on. Their cost for the remaining days of the month is added to next month’s invoice, along with that month’s monthly fee.
• If you reduce: the change takes effect from the next billing cycle. The already paid month is not refunded.

Payment

• Payment is made via direct debit from the client’s bank account. The first invoice is issued upon contracting; subsequent ones are issued between the 5th and the 15th of each month.
• If an invoice is returned or unpaid, the client bears the bank return fees plus €30.00 for administrative costs.

Manufacturer price changes

Cint Consulting acts as a distributor for Kaspersky products. If the manufacturer changes prices or adds or removes features from its products, these changes apply to the subscription in the next billing cycle.

Cancelling the subscription

• You can cancel the subscription at any time, with no commitment.
• Cancellation must be communicated in writing to sergi@cint-consulting.com, and we will confirm it in writing as well.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid month: notify us before the month ends, and the next invoice will not be issued. The current month is not refunded.
